Niamh, a PhD student in Oriental Studies (Chinese, Korean, Japanese) at Oxford, holds a BA in Chinese Studies and an MSt in Korean Studies from the university. She also studied Chinese at Peking University and National Taiwan Normal University. 



With 10 years of tutoring experience, she works with students aged 5–20 (UK & China), specializing in English training and university admissions prep (apps, essays, mock interviews). Her GCSE/A – Level students often jump 2+ grades. Fluent in English (native), Spanish, and Chinese, she uses a consultative approach, drawing on her Oxford degrees to prep students for top UK unis.

Jasper is a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University studying for a Master of Global Affairs, focusing on Chinese history, language, and politics. A 2022 Yale graduate with a BA in Ethics, Politics & Economics (GPA 3.87), he wrote a senior thesis on Asian political philosophy, led student initiatives, and interviewed high – profile figures. He has diverse work experiences in writing, research, etc. 


In high school, he was a rower, choir member, and part of Model UN and debate. In his free time, he loves writing, outdoor activities, cooking, and exploring cultures via food. A native English speaker, his education covers St. Albans School, Yale, and Tsinghua.
